My modern 3 storey home was built around 15 years ago. You will have complete use of the 3 rooms on the top floor-comprising small furnished lounge with TV, bathroom (bath and shower) and w/c, bedroom with a double and single bed, large wardrobe and set of drawers. Guests may use WC, kitchen facilities and dining room, all on the ground floor. Durham, Newcastle and Sunderland are each only about 6 miles away. Property is in a quiet cul de sac which backs onto the Coast to Coast cycle track.
