The Rad Rancher - Pet Friendly + Near the Beach!

This charming little house boasts a charismatic living room, fully stocked kitchen, two large bedrooms, and a laid back patio for lounging. Live it all Room: If this living room could talk... We've curated some amazing pieces to put together this retro, insta-worthy room. You know you wanna pic with the mural so go for it! We'd love for you to tag us @theradrancher Kitchen: Full kitchen including fridge, electric stove and oven, microwave and dishwasher. Included in this open concept modern space is a vintage dining set for 6, coffee maker to start your day off right, and if you're in the mood for baking you're welcome to use the KitchenAid mixer. Although the tap water is perfectly safe to drink, we've provided a water cooler for you so stay hydrated friends. Bedroom 1: The primary bedroom offers a King bed, walk in closet, small tall boy dresser and ensuite bathroom complete with shower, sink and toilet. Bedroom 2: The secondary bedroom offers ** 2 Single beds OR 1 King bed **(please advise which way you'd like the room set,) low boy dresser and closet. Main Bathroom: Although her tiles show her true age, we just call her vintage now. No shame for this ol’ gal, she'll have you cleaned up in a jif with full sink vanity, bathtub, and toilet. Outside: Our patio was built to be a haven tucked out of the sun. Enjoy our luscious outdoor couches, and meditate or hydrate on our swinging chair - please be cautious with kids on this one - no audacious swinging please! The yard is fully fenced if you keep the gates closed, and we're happy to accommodate a pet or two, but please notify us in advance, we can't fit a whole zoo in here. We ask that pets are never left on the property unattended - the Osoyoos heat is real and despite AC and shade, we would never want a furry friend to be lonely here. In the Yard: You'll find a large yard space on the left and right of the house. Our fruit trees in the yard are just babies and we ask that you don't pick off them for the health of the tree. Security: We have two cameras on the property; one at the front of the house facing the front yard, and one in the carport facing the driveways. Just a 7 minute walk away will take you to the warm sandy shores of Lake Osoyoos, The Sage Pub, Lakeside Bakery and more. If you’re here to sip, Lakeside Cellars, Adega On 45th, and Moon Cruiser Vineyard are all walking distance, while a kid friendly vaca has Okanagan’s favourite amusement park, Rattlesnake Canyon, just a stones throw away. Spending time on the lake is easy with parking for your vehicle and boat trailer in the driveway, or off street parking to make it easy. There are 3 boat launches locally, one at the Osoyoos Marina, one at Nk'Mip RV park, and one at Starlite Marina. ***Accepting snowbirds for this fall 2023*** **SPECIAL MONTHLY RATES (based on two guests) FROM OCTOBER 15, 2023 - January 1, 2024* The lake front condo is a 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom 1380 sq. ft home located on the quieter side of Osoyoos lake. With sweeping views of the lake from the two large balconies with Weber BBQ, dining, and lounge seating. Condo is located across the street from the beach, and outdoor heated pool, hot tub, and gym. The Pool is open from May long weekend to Thanksgiving.
