This classic southern house with modern boho updates is perfect place to stay when you want to be close to it all but not too close. Nestled at the bottom of a dead end street but still walking Distance to Opelika's downtown district. The Downtown area which boasts a wine bar, pinball arcade, 2 breweries, a distillery, a speakeasy and great shops and restaurants. About 15 minute drive to downtown Auburn. Great place to stay for game day or visiting your favorite student at Auburn University.

Seven miles from "Tiger Town" with shopping, dining, and shuttle to the AU football games. Fenced in yard for pets/kids. We are slightly over 30 miles from Ft. Benning, which is usually too far out for the soldiers to go for "family day." Our house is a non-smoking environment. We do not permit parties.

2 story home in very quiet neighborhood. 10 mins from the university. 10-15 mins from local stores/shopping. Upstairs room has separate thermostat so you will be able to control the temperature. My work space is upstairs so I do go up sometimes. I have two cats who roam freely. The older one will try to run out, so you will have to be mindful of that when entering and exiting. Home gym also available.
