Two bedroom, two bathroom, ground floor apartment in New Polzeath, on the North Coast of Cornwall. 5 minutes walk to wonderful Polzeath beach, & coast path. Well furnished, in a contemporary style, & with its own sunny front garden, ideal for Al Fresco dining. There is a simple, round charcoal bbq, & an outside cold shower. Situated within a well kept, small complex of apartments, with a dedicated parking place. It is ideally suited for one or two couples, or for a small family. Sorry, no pets.

Our flat is one of 4 in an Edwardian house. It has a homely, peaceful atmosphere, a large shared garden & sea views. It's a 5 min walk to the beach & 8 mins to shops & restaurants.
It has an old fashioned, shabby chic holiday home feel. You'll be getting our home with it's various quirks and our personal belongings in it. We aim to leave it clean and in the best state of repair we can :)
We take bookings Fri - Fri for practical reasons. Please message me if you're after different days.

If you want to relax and enjoy great walks along the coastal path to Port Isaac,(about 2 hours) or Padstow (about 1 1/2 hours) then this is the flat for you.
If you enjoy surfing Polzeath is one of Cornwall's premier surf beaches. It is great for body boarding too. The lifeguards are on duty all through the summer and at weekends too.
You have a good range of places to eat out too.
There are takeaway traditional pasties to gourmet dinners all within walking distance of the flat.
