Cozy 1950's beach bungalow. Newly renovated, sunlit 2 bed 1 bath house. The perfect spot for a Montuak Summer get away. The house has A/C, reverse osmosis filtration, dishwasher, washer and dryer. The house sits on a fenced in half acre of property with a 400 sq ft deck with newly planted privacy landscaping. The back yard is equipped with a grill, outdoor furniture, and outdoor shower. Walking steps from the dock area and a few minute drive to all the local beaches and downtown.

A little cottage on our property in Hither Woods. A cozy hideaway conveniently located 6 minutes walk from the beach and Gurney's Beach Resort, and 5 minutes drive from Montauk town for restaurants and nightlife. Good for couples and solo adventurers, the space is private and homey, outfitted with a queen bed, table & chairs, a large deck w/ outdoor shower and Chimenea fire pit. No A/C, but there is a good cross breeze. The cottage comes with WiFi. Complimentary coffee or tea. Parking for 1 car.

Montauk Serene Haven in Peaceful Hither Woods!

A happy, bright four room suite in the upper level of our peaceful home located in a highly desired quiet neighborhood. The bedroom has a queen size bed, the living room has a futon, flat screen smart TV, coffee maker and small frig, a third room has a twin bed and a private cozy deck where there is a bistro table and chairs to enjoy your coffee or watch the stars at night and you will have a private full bathroom for your use! And as of 2019 season, we have air conditioning!!
