After that, we'll head to the kitchen where I'll show you the fresh, high-quality ingredients we'll be using to prepare a delicious meal of moussaka, tzatziki, homemade salad, and dessert. Once we've finished cooking, we'll gather around the table and enjoy some traditional Greek music while savoring our meal. We'll also offer you a selection of local Greek tapas to enjoy alongside our drinks of ouzo, tsipouro, retsina, and wine. It's sure to be a wonderful evening filled with great food, drinks, and company. In addition to learning how to cook authentic Greek dishes, you'll also have the opportunity to experience our vibrant culture through dance lessons taught by me, a Greek traditional dance teacher. We're happy to accommodate any dietary restrictions you may have, so please let us know in advance if you're vegetarian, vegan, or eat kosher, and we'll adjust the recipes accordingly. Our wonderful experience will begin by us meeting at the center of the town and then commencing our walk through the lovely streets of Thessaloniki, admiring the architectural design of old buildings that are still preserved as well as the beauty of many famous sights that are on our path (the White Tower, the Church of Agia Sofia, the Arch of Galerius, to name but a few). After all this walking we will probably get hungry but don't you worry, I got you covered. We will stop by a famous local shop where we can buy typical greek viands like "Bougatsa" or "Tyropita" and then sit at the port so as to eat and discuss. After this necessary surge of energy provided by the glucose that entered our system, we will start walking towards Thessaloniki's castles, our last stop in this experience and my personal favourite place where one can find peace amidst the frantic pace that is prevalent in any big city. Having reached the castles, we will enjoy the view, take lots and lots of photos and then we can begin our lesson with regards to the Greek language where I can provide you with a substantial understanding of it and with some useful words, phrases and sentences which you can use to make your stay here even more enjoyable. Our tour starts at Mikro Karydi beach! We meet there and prepare all the stuff for our departure. We prepare/ have sandwitches, fruits, juices and water in portable refrigerators for you. After some instructions, we jump in the kayaks and go together to the best beaches of Kalamonisia islets and Diaporos island! We stop there and you have the opportunity to swim, snorkel and relax at the most beautiful beaches of Halkidiki! During the tour we take pictures of you and after the tour we send all of them to you! Also there is one more small surprise gift for you at the end of our tour! During the kayak tour we are all together and there is no reason to worry about anything.

We taste 3 different varieties of virgin olive oils from all Greece and we do food pairing with greek tastes and products. The participant is educated how to choose an extra virgin olive oil in the market and is in touch with this unique greek product, the olive oil, which is the base of the greek mediteranean diet. The experience has a duration of one hour and half. Other things to note Please it is important to finish your coffee and your tea 30 minutes before the olive oil tasting and avoid parfumes for not influencing negativement your sense of flavor and taste.
