One kingsize bed, one double bed, fully equipped kitchen, cosy lounge with a log burner and one bathroom. There is parking for two cars, one next to the cottage and one in the lane. There are many local footpaths in the area and the village pub is an 8 minute walk down the hill.
The property is a short 5 minute drive to Colwyn Bay and 15 minutes to Llandudno, Conwy Castle and many other attractions.

The Shippon at Old Welsh Farmhouse.
Peace and quiet surround you at this converted barn in the grounds of an old Welsh farmhouse. Would suit two couples, or family. The farmhouse stands opposite the shippon with no near neighbours - we are surrounded by fields. There are two geese here, Arthur and Lucy and a feral cat, Natty - she can sometimes be seen flitting around the garden. A field next to the shippon belongs to the property. It isn't suitable for children to roam unaccompanied as there's a steep slope down to a stream.
