Despite the central location, the living rooms are absolutely quiet. In the immediate vicinity there is a cafe / bakery, inns and a grocery store. You are welcome in our new fine apartment, perhaps base for many exiting trips. It‘s based in the middle of a small village. Lembach is located in the adventure region Mühlviertel. A large amount of freetime-offer are immediatly next to, as example a public advanture pool. Another exiting activities are cycling in the danube valley, cross the danube with a ferry (w. bike or car) in summertime, playing golf in Pfarrkirchen , sightseeing in Passau/(D) or in Linz and skiing in the bohemian forest.
