Get your taste buds ready because there is nothing quite like Northern Thai cuisine. We limit our daily small-group street food tour to only 8 exclusive guests. We’ll bounce between 5-6 different spots using our own private songthaew red truck, gorging on 15+ different tastings from street food joints to local eateries. No other food tour has this many variety of tastings as us! We’ll delve into the history and food cultures of the North of the country. Try braised pork in five spices at a vendor once visited by Anthony Bourdain, visiting my favourite local spots, and we'll explore one of the best food markets in the city. You simply can’t visit Northern Thailand without trying the herby larb, sticky gaeng hang lay curry and legendary lemongrass sai oua sausage. Nor can you skip the tangy tea leaf salads, brought in during the two centuries of Burmese rule. Sold out? Ask us about our lunchtime 'Lanna Kingdom' tour also! **Special Diets: this tour is not suitable for vegetarians and pescatarians (sorry!), as you'll have to miss several dishes, with few alternatives available. If you don't eat pork, there will be 3-4 less tastings (out of 15 total). Gluten intolerances are ok but only if soy sauce can be consumed. Our Half day program! - Visiting and shopping at a local market / spend time exploring the fresh ingredients used in class. -Start to pick you up from hotel. (Within 3 Km. from Kom Market) - Settle into Yummy Tasty Cooking School and you will get coffee and drinking water. - Enjoy cooking at your own station and taste splendid hand-cooked dishes. Our class is provided, and you will have a lot of fun. We can teach new techniques that can make you look and feel like a pro. - You will be able to cook 5 dishes. Our instructors will guide you step-by-step through the cooking process and explain to you about the difference in the Thai herbs and seasonings, and what can be substituted when you cook at home. (You will learn how to make a curry paste by Thai traditionally way.) - Depart with a PDF recipe so that you can recreate the dishes you made to impress your family and friends when you return home. We will meet up In the center of Chiang Mai. Where we will all go together to Mae Wang National Park, an amazingly beautiful part of doi inthanon (Thailands largest mountain, a beautiful jungle with a lot of amazing nature ). We will start with a beautiful ride through the mountains. A beautiful ride through the countryside where we will see amazing nature, and wildlife, we will stop for a bit to enjoy the scenery, then make our way out to board our bamboo rafts ( 2-4 persons per raft), where we will navigate our way down the shallow steady moving river through the jungle for about an hour. Nature generally has some amazing surprises, so have your phones ready to take some amazing pics. Plenty of Elephants, and other Animals too. We will ride our rafts down to a great local food place on the cliff overlooking the river. Then jump back in our vehicle and head up the mountain through the jungle to find a locals secret. An amazing waterfall pool. Jump in the natural waterfall pool for a refreshing swim, go ahead and step under the waterfall for a massage given by mother nature herself. After cooling off we will go to find one more hidden gem of a waterfall known only by the locals, there we can walk behind the falls, and maybe even swing on a jungle vine. The trip will begin with a visit to one of Chiang Mai’s most well renowned temples that is high up in the mountains. Here we will see the landscape of the mountains and the city. Then the guides will give a brief tour explaining the history of the site and provide some insight into the trails. Then we will proceed to an authentic Hill Tribe village, followed by eating local food and coffee over a bird eye view of mountain.Afterwards we will hike to Doi Pui Peak, with a spectacular 280° view that encompasses the city and the mountains, it is one that should not be missed. The trail is a total of 15KM, resulting in a moderate hike that appeals most to individuals that are drawn to adventure. Hikers will ultimately be rewarded with a captivating, fun and unique experience. Note : Walks at this level are suitable for people of all ages who have a basic condition. This means that you have enough energy to be able to exercise. Sticky Waterfalls Adventure

Would you like to get away from the city heat for a day and cool down and relax? Then I have the perfect getaway for you. I will pick you up at your hotel or guesthouse at 9:00 am, unless you would like to be picked up at the meeting point. Then I'll get you comfortable and we’ll take a 1 hour road trip to the legendary Sticky Waterfalls. Prepare to dive into its refreshing waters and bask in both sunlit and shaded spots. You can become a rock-climbing champ, going up or down like a ninja—either freestyle or using the ropes that are there to help you out. Thanks to the rich calcium deposits, these rocks are as sticky as a gecko’s feet, making your climb a breeze. Not into climbing? No worries, you can be people watching observer from the deck above. As your personal tour guide, I’ll be there to ensure you don’t miss a moment. I’ll guide you up or down the waterfalls, and capture all your epic poses so you won’t need to worry about taking selfies—just leave the hard work to me! Around noon, we’ll head back to town, where you can enjoy the rest of your day, feeling like a true adventurer. Other things to note: 15 minutes late is the cut off, so we don't cut into the other guests time, if there are any. Let me know before hand if you will be late coming so we don’t want to have to start sending out search parties.

Street Art Workshop with Local Artist

One of a kind experience where you could actually spray painting onto a real wall on a street - legally. A fun - 1 hours, Artist-Led - Street Art/Graffiti workshop. No experience is needed, all starting from the basics, and if you're ready, moving on to paint on the street! DR.Cas , well-known graffiti artist in Chiang Mai will lead the activity. Alternatively, you can also paint on cloth bags and take your creations home with you. We will donate part of the money from the activities to fund free art classes for disadvantaged children and many local charity projects. Let your arts help strengthen the local community spirit :) Please note: Paint on the wall is when the weather permitted, if raining then we will paint on the bags instead. Please wear sufficient Sun protection and water for the walking tour. For the workshop, aprons, masks, and gloves will be provided but please dress appropriately as it could be a bit messy. Other things to note All beginners are welcome. However, if you are experienced graffiti artist please let us know.
