Waterfront relaxing getaway close to the city. Hot tub & 2 Fishing Pier, On Lake Tawakoni. World class fishing only 30 minutes from Rockwall. 200 feet of water front access. Sleeps 4, 1 king size bed and 1 full size bed. There is a kitchenette space, small refrigerator/freezer, microwave, 2 burner hot plate, grill, toaster, griddle, air fryer and all dishes and utensils(no oven). Enjoy a game of horse shoes or sit by the fire. For summer, jet skis, pontoon or ski boat available for rent.

At the back of the property, there is no lake access, but there is a wonderful lake view and a canal from the lake.
