Three bedroom, 1.5 bath ranch style home with full kitchen, living room and dining room. Attached garage, fenced backyard. A little over an hour from Rapid City and just 20 minutes from Badlands National Park. This is our extra house that we use when our kids are in high school in Kadoka, we have a ranch 35 miles outside of town. This home has a vintage farmhouse feel to it. It is very functional, very safe and super clean. Warm in the winter with baseboard radiant heating. Window air conditioning units in the summer. Perfect for a large family. This is a recently updated, clean and cozy home. This "farmhouse" style cottage is typical of homestead homes in the area. Kadoka is a safe quiet ranching community on the edge of the Badlands and right off of I90. You will be 20 miles from the entrance to the Badlands National Park, 35 miles from Wall drug and 90 Miles from Rapid city and the Black Hills. This is a small community ( population 700 ). Late in the day or weekends can be very sleepy. The good news, no traffic!

Cozy Cottage is the perfect place to relax after a day of traveling. Kadoka is a TINY (population 600) safe, and quiet community on the edge of the Badlands. You will be 20 miles from the entrance to the Badlands National Park, 35 miles from Wall drug and 90 Miles from Rapid city/Black Hills.
