Cozy 1 Bedroom Tiny Cottage within walking distance to the Hutchinson Community College, Hutchinson Sports Arena, Planet Fitness and Cosmosphere. Also within a short distance to Kansas State Fair Grounds, Downtown Hutchinson, Fox Theater and several local businesses. We welcome and look forward to meeting guests of all backgrounds.

This is a one bedroom studio house. This is a place all to yourself. It has a queen size bed. It is really nice inside the house. The one downside is it is close to the railroad track. It has a oven, fridge, microwave, washer, dryer and keurig coffee maker. We have recently added WIFI for our quest. One thing several guest have mentioned is how much they enjoy the walking trail close by.

Our home is newly remodeled and very comfortable. We live in a quiet neighborhood, not far from the Cosmosphere, the Salt Museum, and lots of eating and shopping areas. We'll be glad to interact with our guests or give them the privacy they want. Coffee is a staple at our house and anyone can join us! Relax on the hammock on the front porch and listen to the birds and watch the world go by.
