Footpaths lead to the Forest from the front door. The Lodge is located adjacent to the A48 for convenient access to Gloucester, Monmouth and Chepstow which are all about 25 minutes away.

Tanglewood Annexe is in the countryside, in a quiet lane near the Gloucester and Sharpness Canal. The Annexe overlooks a beautiful apple orchard.
The property is only a few minutes drive or pleasant cycle / walk to Wetlands Trust at Slimbridge. Wild Cranes and Kingfisher can be heard and seen in the orchard and fields as well as a variety of other birds and wildlife.
The property is within walking distance of two pubs, and a cafe and they provide good food, all day, including breakfast.
