Tastefully decorated, loft-style apartment in Grass Valley. 575 sq ft, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom with kitchen and private outdoor covered deck area for your enjoyment. Perfect for two, but can accommodate 3 people with use of the couch bed.
We are 3/4 of a mile to downtown Grass Valley and about the same to the Nevada County Fairgrounds. We are close to Condon Park which is great for a morning walk or run.
Our pricing includes taxes. Cleaning fee is minimal.
