The Underwood Tiny House - with private hotub

Fall into the rabbit hole to experience our unique twist on a Wonderland inspired tiny house. Boasting a Queen size bed, a full kitchen and bathroom, and everything in between, you are bound to have a relaxing getaway... with a little bit of adventure! The spacious deck (with hot tub) overlooks the forest, and it is the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. The Underwood Tiny House has been created to give each person who walks through its door an experience like none other!

Jane & Zach's Guest Suite

Beautiful sunrises at the private Guest Suite (the lower level of my home) nestled in the woods on Stevens Lake. Loons, birds, turkeys, bald eagle and deer may surprise you. Guest Suite has 2 bedrooms, bath and family room with fully stocked kitchenette for all your cooking needs. Private locking sliding glass door opens to the patio, gas grill, hammock and fire pit overlooking the lake. A steep walking trail and steps down to the lakefront access the dock, 2 kayaks, paddleboat & life jackets.

Cabin Unwind, tucked into the woods

This quiet TINY (144sq ft) gem, privately tucked away and yet very accessible, Cabin Unwind, has a seasonal porch, queen sized bed, a few 'kitchen appliances' and GREAT wifi. The HOUSE SHARED bathroom has it's own side entrance, across from the Cabin. There is a SUMMER SHARED porta-potty and proper shower, right close by, as well. WINTER GUESTS, please note...DON'T come down the driveway without PROPER WINTER tires! Leave your car at the turnaround and I'll gladly shuttle you and your gear.

Plenty of outdoor space with fire pit and parking. This home is spacious and roomy. Both porches are enclosed. Available year round, our 'getaway' is a perfect setting for family vacations, reunions, retreats, hunters, fishermen, golfers, snowmobilers, skiers, or color tours. Completely private home setting on 3 acres with natural Lake frontage conveniently located 15" from Traverse City and 20" from Sleeping Bear Dunes. Your visit to the Woodland Trail House begins with a welcoming peaceful drive through the pine tree forest. Part of the attraction to this home site is the mature trees and the wildness of the setting. Hawks, Loons and Sand Hill Cranes can be seen and heard at this private lake frontage home.

My house is the first house north of Cherrybend on the bay side. My place is close to the beach, restaurants and dining, parks, art and culture, and great views. You’ll love my place because of the location, the ambiance, the neighborhood, the outdoors space, and the people. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. I am on premise and available to answer any questions. I live in the main house.
