The Annexe, Crick village
‘The Annexe’ is a private, modern studio apartment situated above a large garaging area in the secure grounds of Mulberry House and offers accommodation for two to four people.
It has a large, light and airy main living area with a double bed and sofa bed (which can be made up to a single or double). A small but well equipped kitchen area is available, and a cosy lounge/dining area which provides flexible options during your stay. There is also a bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet.

Comfortable, affordable, warm and quiet!
PROS:
New bathroom, new kitchen, king size bed, clean, quiet, warm, comfortable, owner out 2 evenings a week so sole use of house, sofa (TV remote!) and all facilities, small, friendly, self sufficient dog (Border Terrier) Eddie, who is practically mute so no barking but good company! Lovely garden with seating, 10 minutes walk to Daventry centre, short drive to M1, M40, DIRFT, Ford etc
CONS:
Dog might not be everyone's cup of tea (gasp!) due to allergies.

Large refurbished double ensuite room.
This large private bedroom has an en suite shower room. It is located on the second floor of our family home offering privacy and a relaxing environment.
There is a large walk in wardrobe with plenty of storage.
Should you need to work there is space for a lap top.
To relax there is a TV with sky Q plus tea & coffee making facilities & a small fridge.
Please note 2 crazy spaniels and 2 cats share our home but do not access guest rooms.
