We are going to talk, learn about Greek wines but most of all are going to drink a lot and have a great hour together! 6 or 12 or even more labels from totally different places in a magic wine tasting !

​The tranquil waters of Marathi Bay make for a smooth and easy experience, allowing you to take in the area’s incredible scenery at your own pace! Your tour will start off with a quick Stand Up Paddling -SUP- lesson, a short demonstration on how to control your stand up paddle board and manoeuvre with skill, until you grow confident on it. If you already have some paddle boarding experience, we can show you new skills and provide unique and useful tips to help you improve. Each person will be provided with their own SUP and safety gear and then, we will head towards the jetty to enter the water and start our fun and playful aquatic adventure! This guided tour takes a route along the scenic waterfront of Marathi Bay, giving you 360° views of imposing rock formations, inviting you to dive into the endless, transparent Greek blue and teach you all about the fascinating yet fragile Mediterranean ecosystem. We often spot sea turtles, and we always see a variety of sea urchins, native as well as invasive fish. In this 2 hours venture, full of surprise elements, you will have ample time to swim, sunbathe, talk, make new friends, take pictures and videos and just relax under the Cretan sun! A laid back and relaxed experience, in very small groups of up to 8 people, suitable for all ages, that will be the highlight of your vacations in Chania!

We will meet at the take off spot which is always defined by the weather conditions so we will give you the spot with google map when we have a clear wind forecast. The flight s duration is 15 minutes. There are beautiful places and sightseeing from above.No experience or equipment is required from you! The pilot will guide you and you ll enjoy the ride! You'll prepare 4 different Cretan family’s recipes in an outdoor cooking space. You'll cook with pure and natural ingredients from our farm. You'll learn cooking techniques from mama Stella, our specialist in traditional Cretan cuisine. All the equipment and your personal apron will be provided by us. It's a 100% hands-on cooking experience! Local homemade refreshments and water will provided, too. In the end of the cooking experience, you will enjoy your own creations with some of local wine. Moreover, the leftovers will be packed and you can take them with you! The event will last approximately 3.5 hours and it will take place in our farm. We will cook in an open cooking space between two big olive trees, under a wooden roof! So, no worries at all about the sun. Furthermore, you'll receive all recipes and photographs from your experience via email. All in all, we would love to welcome you in our farm & be part of our family. This experience was created to awaken your artistic side, as well as, delight your senses. Offered here is exclusive access to two very unique worlds of art and flavour. You and a group of friends will learn about the ancient technique of jewellery making through sand casting while enjoying the tastes of an award-winning Cretan boutique winery. Found nowhere else in Greece, this workshop is a hands-on experience for up to a maximum of 10 attendees including yourself. You will be taught the ancient art of sand casting and with your choice of silver (.925) or gold (10k, 14k, 18k) you will cast and polish a beautiful piece of jewellery to keep. This workshop will take place at the picturesque Manousakis winery, located just outside of Chania city. Here you will be surrounded by Cretan nature and indulge in the fine crafted wines and winery grown foods. The entire experience will take.place outside in a well ventilated area. All Covid-19 safety precautions will be in place to make sure all guests are comfortable and safe. Included in the booking fee is your 4-5 hours of instructed workshop time. All of the tools needed for casting and polishing. Finally, you will be given organic wine produced on site and fresh locally grown snacks on our break. Other things to note The fee includes the instructor and all tools needed. Also the snack and wine provided by Manousakis winery. Additional fees will apply for final silver or gold used. First you are welcomed with a homemade refreshment or a greek coffee from the hostess. While you're enjoying your drink and homemade cookies, you will be informed about the mediterranean-based menu. You will learn about the significance of the "thieves dinner" (kleftiko),the main dish you're going to prepare (lamb). Next, you’ll prepare stuffed vegetables and stuffed grape leaves (dolmades). Then we will learn how to make kalitsounia.Theese traditional cretan pies are filled whith cheese and wild greens and herbs from our organic garden.We use our rolling pins to roll out the dough for that! Appetizers are prepared last but enjoyed first. Tzatziki and Ntakos. Time to eat! Enjoy all of the beautiful traditional Cretan dishes you’ve created with copious amounts of local wine. Be sure to leave room for dessert. Solo traveler? Why not meet up with other people flying solo and share a beer and explore Chania's nightlife. This experience is designed to bring people who are traveling solo together and hopefully create new memories and friendships. We will meet up at a beer garden, get to know each other over a drink and then head in to the city of Chania so I can show you four of Chania's best kept cocktail bars and open air ruin bars. First drink is on us (Rakomelo or Beer) the rest is up to you. Groups are welcome.

Join me on a journey through senses- horse riding next to the sea, breathtaking sunset, traditional Cretan dinner at a local tavern on the beach. Pace yourselves because there is going to be a variety of delicacies to taste. After we make arrangements regarding our meeting point, we will drive to Kissamos where we will meet my friend and owner of the beautiful and trained horses. We will offer you a unique and amazing horse riding experience for one hour next to the sea. Our next stop will be Falasarna, a top ten beach in Europe with many awards for its beauty, amenities and services enjoyed by the visitor. The sight of the crystal clear turquoise waters will leave you breathless so take your swimming suit with you. But what will really impress you and will be imprinted on your memory is the unique sunset, one of the most beautiful in Greece, as there is nothing to obstruct your view between the beach and the horizon- where you will have the opportunity to take amazing photos and videos for your social media !!. There is no better way to end our wonderful day than with dinner literally on the sand next to the sea in a traditional tavern with local food and delicacy tasting.

Upon arrival there will be 10-15 minutes to have a drink and get to know the other course participants. Following the arrival of all participants, the course will begin, in which there will be an introduction to the material and cutting methods for the tiles. After the short introduction, each participant will be free to work on their project, enjoying a breathtaking view of the sea and the island of Crete. Once the work is finished, it will be necessary to leave the mosaic to dry at least 24 hours. The collection of the mosaic is scheduled for the day in the garden in front of a mosaic of the following dimensions 15m x 2m. During the whole course, photos will be taken, which will be sent to the participants who wish to do so by e-mail.

All'arrivo ci saranno 10-15 minuti per bere qualcosa e conoscere gli altri partecipanti del corso. In seguito all'arrivo di tutti i partecipanti avrà inizio il corso, nel qual ci sarà un introduzione del materiale e spiegazione sui metodi di taglio per le piastrelle. Dopo la breve introduzione ogni partecipante sarà libero di lavorare sul proprio progetto, godendo di una vista mozzafiato sul mare e l'isola di Creta. Il progetto sarà creato su una base di ceramica 12cm x 12cm, il quale sarà decorato con la tecnica del mosaico con sassi locali. Ad opera finita sarà necessario lasciare il mosaico asciugare almeno 24h. Il ritiro del mosaico é programmato per il giorno seguente in giardino di fronte a un mosaico di dimensioni 15m x 2m. Durante tutto il corso verranno scattate foto, le quali saranno inviate ai partecipanti che lo desiderano via e-mail.

We will visit traditional villages where we will taste local cheese, honey ,olive oil, smoked meat, fruits, Greek sweets and herbs, full of colours and aromas of the Cretan countryside. •We will drink Greek coffee made the traditional way in hovoli (fire that hasn’t been completely extinguished and remains hot) •You will have the opportunity to visit the best cheese factory in western Crete and discover the excellent quality with great variety of tastes:smoked flavor cheese, sheep cheese, wined cheese and many more. You will also try the perfect ice cream that my friend makes and the delicious yoghurt. •We will have two meals in two different villages. The first taverna is at a mountain and is family owned. The second taverna is above lake Kournas and has a fantastic view!Both are family owned and use products from the village or their own! Vegetarian options are available. •You will have the pleasure to witness the Cretan hospitality yourselves, get to know their owners as they are my friends since a long time and they will become your friends. This is not just a food tasting experience but also a great opportunity to discover the traditional villages of Cretan countryside.
