The Grey Room - Quiet boutique style bedroom!
The Grey Room is on the 2nd floor so very quiet. You have access to the family bathroom on the 1st floor. The lounge is not for guests however feel free to swing by for a cuppa/chat. You can help yourself to tea & coffee and prep basic breakfast/food just let us know. We are around a 7 min walk to Bournville station & New Street is 12 mins away from there by train with great food/bars and restaurant. Birmingham University is 2 stops on the train. Stirchley is also worth a visit, super cool.

Adjoined to our family home, The Snug has a separate entrance. Guests have sole access to a lounge, shower room and 1st floor double bedroom.

Guests are welcome to use a running machine and multi-gym at their own risk. An electric car charging point is available for an additional charge.
Our family dog has no access to The Snug.
