This charming home was built in 1900 historic Wheeling, WV. 3 stories, tastefully split into 3 private units with a lot of shared common space as well. Whether in town for business or pleasure, come enjoy some peace & quiet. The neighborhood has seen better days, a drive around the island would show many big old mansions in serious need of TLC. But this is turning around as a new generation is moving in, restoring these majestic homes back to their former glory. And yes, its a very safe area.

Cozy apartment in the heart of downtown Wheeling, within walking distance to restaurants and businesses. One block brings you to the scenic Heritage Walking Trail along the Ohio River. With easy access to I-70 it's the perfect stop-over if you're on your way through town, but if you're planning on a longer visit it's also a comfortable and convenient place to stay while visiting family or friends or just exploring our fun small town.
