Children's swings hang from an apple tree; a young orchard with hidden trampoline at end of garden, fire-pit for toasting marshmallows. Plenty of good circular walks to the village pub. Inside is simple and cosy; a wood-burner in the snug; a plethora of books & games and toys in the dining room; 2 well-sized and comfortable bedrooms upstairs.
