The living area includes a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and comfortable furniture to enjoy a smart tv and fireplace. A King bed and full bath on the main floor. The loft has a queen bed. Crib and changing table available to accommodate traveling families. Off street parking in driveway ONLY. Due to allergies, NO PETS allowed on site. NO Smoking! If found to be smoking, guest will be charged a $1000 cleaning fee.

Welcome to the No. 8 Schoolhouse! This converted school was originally built by artist, Ronald Garrett as an artist retreat. 2024 brought many changes to the Schoolhouse retreat. Owners, Michael and Christina decided the Schoolhouse deserved a revamp. And revamp they did! They remodeled top to bottom while also redesigning to give their guests a funky experience! It's one of a kind. You'll never see another like it!
