Step out of your cottage and walk just a few steps until your feet hit the flat, golden sand & take in the beautiful Atlantic ocean. Do not miss sunrise!

Kick your feet up on the deck. Breathe in the pine, listen to the birds & frogs. Or take a lovely stroll down Bufflehead Cove Lane, walk quietly you may see a heron or egret on the pond. Left at Port Rd. & continue down to Western Ave. Lots of stairs. Driveway very steep, requires 4-wheel drive in winter.

We have put a lot of thought into this space and are confident that it will translate into a magical stay.

Mid Apr-Oct we also provide kayaks and paddle board. Enjoy the beach, swim, kayak, bike, fish, hike, or explore quintessential New England towns and food scene. Bailiwick Cottage is a cozy, private cottage that looks south down Freeport (Harraseeket) Harbor in Freeport, ME. It is a 4 season accommodation that is close to Freeport shopping, Portland eating, and the Adventure Schools of LL Bean. The cottage sits approximately 50 yards from our main house, has its own parking space and patio, and offers the ability to come and go as you wish. We have had 12 honeymoons in the cottage. Rustic Log Cabin on Pawtuckaway Lake

Our Cabin is located on Pawtuckaway Lake in Nottingham, NH where there is year round enjoyment! This is an older cabin built in 1970, with rounded logs and lots of warmth and charm. There is a beach area for swimming, patio for hanging out enjoying the views with a firepit as well as a dock for sunbathing and fishing. There is a public boat launch on the lake if you want to bring your own boat. Close to Pawtuckaway state park for hiking and mountain biking.

Beautiful hand built very private cabin with master bedroom and large loft located deep in the woods of Cape Ann. Walking distance to down town Rockport and waterfront. Friendly miniature horses just 200 feet away that children love to visit. Applecart Farm is happy to have guests of diverse backgrounds and interests. Pets are allowed only with advanced request to ensure safety of guest and residents pets. NEM 1450 plug for EV charging.
