The holiday escape showcases original architectural beams, warm wood flooring, a sun room, a steam room sauna, and a backyard with a manicured garden and a dining area under the lush pergola. Beautiful indoor pool which is available from April 1st untill November 1st. Ground floor, first floor, garden and pool are available for guests only! Owners are at basement floor with separate entrance. The house is located near the Maksimir Park, just a 10 minute drive from the city center, home to great options for dining, shopping, sightseeing, and more.

The house awaits you on the picturesque vineyard hillside along the Wine Route. With its private wine terrace and peaceful setting among the vines, it’s the perfect place to savor the estate’s own wines. :) From the lookout, you have stunning panoramic views of Lake Balaton. Mornings begin with birdsong, and you might even spot deer and rabbits wandering nearby. A big terrace, vineyard, and cozy fireplace complete the experience. A ház a Mecsek ölelésében, Pécs gyönyörű, donátusi részében helyezkedik el. Tökéletes, nyugodt elvonulóhely kettőtöknek. A ház tágas tereiben és a pazar panorámájában igazi pihenés vár. A belváros közel, annak minden lehetőségével mégis elég távol, hogy csöndes helyre tudjatok elvonulni. A környező erdő és települések megannyi lehetőséget tartogatnak számotokra, attól függően mivel töltenétek az időtöket. Mecseki túra? Borkóstoló vagy városnézés? Esetleg egymás felfedezése? Due to its unique location in the forest, it is our most visited cottage, delighting even the most discerning guest. This wooden house on stilts is an adult observatory that has spared no expense. It has everything that large cottages have. Entering the cottage will enchant you with the scent of spruce, while you will find it hard to resist the view that opens a new dimension of the forest.

With a tiring life-rhythm, constant worries, always new burdens and obligations, there is always a need to find time for REST and RELAXATION. Outside the city's hustle and bustle, in the middle of a beautiful landscape in Razkrižje, there is a modern EARTH- / HOBIT HOUSE, that impresses every guest. It is entirely built of natural materials (CLAY, WOOD, ...). Love for creativity and nature can be felt at every step. The evidences are handcrafted "masterpieces" in the earth and around it.

Upon thorough renovation in 2021, the house has been adapted to the modern way of living, yet it retained its original charm and soul.

We are waiting for you with a well-equipped kitchen and a large green garden. For the 6th person we provide a inflatable guest bed! Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay, surrounded by nature. This authentic farmhouse was lovingly renovated by my architect father, with great care, attention, and dedication. Libickozma is a magical place, where our senses are soothed by experiences completely different from those of the city— the sounds and scents of nature, the crowing of roosters, birdsong, and the sight of lakes, meadows, and forests.

Small cottage with big garden and traditional wood burning tile stove for 1-3 people by the woods in the heart of Balaton Uplands NP, in a secluded tiny village, 15 kms from Balaton and the thermal lake of Hévíz. Hiking trails start a couple of steps away, ideal also for biketours. On a min. 2 day prior notice dinner/breakfast basket available. Pls note that a local tourism tax of HUF 700/pers/day is payable at site.
