You can walk to the local market, restaurants and downtown Tybee Island. You can see the pier from the deck and of course the ocean. This cozy contemporary 6 BR, 4 1/2 BA home features an open concept kitchen and great spaces to either gather or tuck away for some quiet reading or writing. There's ample on-site parking, multiple decks, and a fenced backyard. Close, easy walk to sand, restaurants, parks, history...or just rest and recharge. The minimum age to book our home is 25 years of age.

This second floor five bedroom three and a half bath unit features high ceilings, hardwood floors, modern décor and an open-concept kitchen and living space. Kitchen features include imported Carrera Marble counter tops and Kitchen Aid appliances. Living room features 65” smart tv with cable and wifi so you can keep up-to-date with all your online streaming shows. There is a secondary living room for additional tv watching or social gathering.
