A modern annex with en-suite bathroom. Would suit a business traveller, a couple or a young family for an affordable weekend/holiday getaway. The space comfortably sleeps 3, the pull out trundle bed can provide an additional full size single bed to fit a 4th person. However, this does compromise floor space and we feel this option would only suit a family with young children. The annex does not have a kitchen but tea and coffee making facilities, a toaster, mini fridge,microwave and outside BBQ

Conifers Loft with country Views and garden

Conifers Loft is a relaxing country side retreat, with elevated views, and private garden and patio. Great Dixters & Bodiam are a short drive and the ancient town of Rye 15 minutes. This is a perfect base for nature lovers, with accessible country walks straight from our side gate. You are welcome to explore our 1.5 acre meadow. Continental breakfast is provided in your accommodation and there is a private parking space. The traditional local pub (The Rose & Crown) is a 10 min walk.

Cosy Woodland Annex

Adjoining historic Heathfield Park, surrounded by woodland & wildlife. This detached, self-contained Annex in the grounds of our home. The space has been transformed into a cosy woodland retreat flooded with natural light. It has a secure private entrance & ample off-street parking. The lounge has a wood burning stove stocked with logs from our garden. The accommodation is ideal for a family of 4 or 2 couples, the bedroom has a kingsize bed and there's a kingsize sofa bed in the lounge.

Country lovers studio with separate access

Hindleap studio is a ground floor bed sitting room with en-suite shower room and kitchenette. Private off-street parking. Located in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the quiet setting is a short stroll to our local pub which serves great food. With plenty of local walks and visitor attractions nearby such as steam railways, vineyards, national trust properties and quaint villages. Own transport is needed, although the local bus connects to Haywards Heath and East Grinstead.

Lovely garden cabin, quiet location with outside space. Views looking over a beautiful park. Self check in, access via side of the house. Your own private garden area with table & chairs, fire pit & BBQ. Fully equipped kitchen includes oven, 4 ring hob, fridge & freezer, microwave, coffee machine. Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. FREE on street parking. Short walk into town where there are lots of bars/restaurants. Great local pub 5 minutes away that serves great food.

The Brock Suite with sunken spa bath and balcony

The Brock Suite is perfect if you are looking for a complete escape in a countryside setting. The suite is within a large country family home where we also live. A spacious 25 ft bedroom on one floor and a luxurious en-suite with 2 person jacuzzi and a balcony on the top floor. The bedroom has a 4 poster bed, sofa and TV (Apple TV and freeview). No kitchen. Tea making facilities. Mayfield has 2 pubs and plenty of country walks. A car is needed.

Cosy converted cow shed near Tenterden

The Cow Shed is a pretty timber clad building with character beams which adjoins our house, Brambles Barn. It is self contained, with a private entrance and secure parking. There is a bedroom with king size bed, a lounge, kitchen, shower room and additional small seating area. There is a pretty garden and pond & the property is approx 2.5 miles from Tenterden and 2.5 miles from Biddenden. 5 mins drive from Tenterden & on 12 bus route.

Peaceful B&B getaway in glorious High Weald

The Oast House B&B offers luxurious and spacious accommodation comprised of a double bedroom and luxury shower room, with ample space for relaxing. The private room with its own lockable entrance is in a peaceful location, overlooking the gardens and pond, which is usually home to a several wild ducks and sometimes ducklings, and far-reaching views over the gorgeous hills and ancient woodland of the High Weald in East Sussex.
