CarolAnn's Cottage 1 Lakota is located one block from Main Street. It is a cozy 4 bedroom house with a wonderful front porch with red rockers. It was built in the early 1900’s. It is in rural North Dakota and is a rustic farmhouse setting. It is a fully furnished and equipped home where you can relax and entertain family and friends. It is located just 29 miles from great fishing and boating in Devils Lake or 12 miles from fishing and boating and picnics at Stump Lake.

Norval Elevator Hunting Access Available

We have restored an elevator into a guest house in our farm yard. Great destination for hunters, or if you just want to see some farm life or relax and have a campfire. Visit our historic 1890 train depot. It is an opportunity to enjoy a get away from city life. Our hope is that this is a place people can relax and enjoy natures beauty. The depot has 2 extraordinary rooms that are completely private but located on our farmstead separate from our main house. Here you can view occasional wildlife, our domestic animals and one of the best views North Dakota has to offer (in my opinion).
