Located just minutes walk to mountain lake, 10 mins to Bethel Woods Center for the Arts, 20 mins to Narrowsburg, Barryville, Livingston Manor and many other cute towns. Large fenced in backyard with woodsy views and outdoor fire pit, large deck with bbq, fully equipped kitchen. Cozy indoor fireplace, smart TV with netflix, workspace, fast wifi.

A perfect hideaway to embrace a mountain visit, with modern conveniences. 2 acres of private, park-like land, that’s incredibly zen and encourages wandering. Sit near our koi pond, or relax on our decks–each with a view of Lake Paradise. A peaceful sanctuary, our 2 Bedroom cabin is complete with a seasonal (Nov-Apr) wood-burning fireplace, views of nature, and modern amenities for those who don't want to fully unplug.

Newly renovated two bedroom, two bath cottage with four person barrel sauna at Swinging Bridge Reservoir, Sullivan County's largest motorboat lake. Trails Head Tiny House

Private and off-grid tiny home near the Neversink Unique Area hiking trails. This tiny house is approximately a tenth of a mile from guest parking. A marked trail to the site with trail markers for easy direction. This tiny house has solar powered WIFI and lights. This is an insulated structure and during the winter months there is no running water. The outhouse is located about 50 feet from the tiny house.
