The Kennels

Kick off your walking boots, wash down your bike or just park up the car, this freshly converted kennels is the place to relax for a few days. Peaceful and away from it all but close enough to explore the beauty of the Peak District and Chatsworth House. Matlock is a couple of miles away with restaurants, shops and amenities. You can start exploring from the door step; we can help with guides, directions and recommendations. The room can be configured as a luxury Super King or twin beds.

Our studio has been a complete labour of love and now we're finally ready to share this beautiful little spot. You can wake up and hike until your hearts content, take in the sights in town and end your day reclining on the sofa with a cosy pellet burner. We have ample parking, private entrance, walking distance (1.2miles) to town (bars & restaurants), bus stop to Buxton / Macclesfield. Wifi, Sky TV,Netflix. Non smoking. *We do not have a hob or oven* EV Charger (added cost). Sorry no pets.

Set in the beautiful Staffordshire Moorlands on a country small holding. A perfect rural escape with walks on the doorstep and just a few miles from the market town of Leek. Hideaway@MiddleFarm is a compact studio which comprises; ensuite bathroom (bath and shower), a double sized bed with comfortable mattress, TV, Wifi, fridge, microwave, small oven, toaster, kettle and folding dining table. Small external patio is available to the rear of the property with spectacular countryside views.

At the northern end of Dovedale, beside the sparkling River Dove, you will find scenic walks galore on your doorstep along footpaths and quiet lanes, or perhaps the Tissington or Manifold Trails, which offer easy walking/cycling and impressive views. Follow the track and you'll be able to find your own rustic slice of heaven. Kick back and relax in one of our calm and tranquil waterfront cabins. You'll find the cabin over looking a lake, stocked with Trout and Carp. A fully equipped kitchen, king sized bed and a private ensuite bathroom room with a large waterfall shower. Why not watch the sun go down from the comfort of the outdoor bath tub? And bring the dog along too, plenty of great walks for them and yourselves to enjoy.
