You won't be roughing it, though nature is right out the front door: beaches and fishing are mins away, trails for hiking and a cute, quiet, rural setting. Located on Netley Creek in Petersfield with a private beach to enjoy all the outdoors and if the weather is not perfect enjoy the pool table, shuffle board and dart board inside. Ample parking. Boat dockage available with a local boat launch And if you are into hunting or fishing the marsh is only a short boat ride away. The house is set up as a duplex and we live in the other side.

Oduca's cottage is beautifully renovated and available all season. Its a great place to stay and relax after the longday icefishing during winter months, and it's only 4 minutes drive away, and 15 minutes walk from the park, beach and boardwalk. Our cottage is fully fence, and has huge backyard that comes with a playground, patio, sports equipment, and fire pit which makes a perfect place for you, your family, your friends and visitors to enjoy. Furry friends are welcome too!

Sleeps 8 comfortably. Linens and towels provided. Pack your food and move in! Lots of parking onsite for all your ice fishing equipment! Wood burning fireplace for the cold winter nights. Just a 40 minute drive to the perimeter. July & August are 4 night minimum. Long weekends 3 night minimum.

Timber framed small house (480 sf) with two separate bedrooms accessed via ships ladder. Bathroom with shower and kitchenette. Built in 2017. Conveniently located next to a 10 acre provincial park (public beach, boardwalk, dog friendly beach, tennis courts, play structures and town amenities (grocery store, restaurants, arcade, yoga studio).
