The Hemmel, Old Town Farm

Lovingly converted, pet friendly barn set on a working farm with fantastic views across the Rede valley. Open plan living/kitchen area with log burning stove and flooded with natural light. A recent addition are daily visits from our local red squirrels. Spacious and modern with underfloor heating. Tastefully furnished and decorated with bathroom featuring a walk -in shower. Sleeps 4 comfortably in 2 rooms. Large secure garden for pets NOW HAS AN EV CHARGER - usage charge, no cable

Spacious, self-contained annex near Edinburgh

Barleydean Suite is situated in a private annex in a country house. At the edge of the Pentland Hills, you can hike from your front door, wander to the local pub or take a bus to Edinburgh. The suite has private access for guests. It has 1 bedroom with a super king-size bed for 2 guests. Up to 2 foldaway single beds can be provided on request. Maximum occupancy is 4 people. There is a kitchenette suitable for light cooking, with hob, microwave, Nespresso, toaster, and washing machine.

Keeper's Cottage is a charming, spacious country cottage in the former stable block in the grounds of Wedderburn Castle in the Scottish Borders. The cottage has recently been modernised but retains historic charm. This is the perfect place to explore the Scottish Borders and North Northumberland as well as Edinburgh and the Lothians further afield. In the local area you can find historic houses and abbeys, golf, surfing, walking, cycle routes and beautiful scenery and coastlines.

Modern interior within a converted stable in the highly sought after area of Bruntsfield and Morningside The building is situated within the grounds of a private house and is safe and secure offering a QUIET location yet positioned Conveniently close to boutique shops and a great choice of cafes and restaurants. Local transportation is within walking distance and the city centre is a five minute bus ride or a comfortable 20 minute stroll.We do not usually provide parking on site.

Barns Bothy is a quirky and comfortable bolt hole, in a beautiful setting. Comfortable bed, spacious bathroom, log burning stove and well equipped kitchen. Large garden and room to store your bikes. The Bothy is an ideal location for exploring the Scottish Borders. Peebles is nearby with great amenities and there’s heavenly walks right from the door. Please be aware that The Bothy is located at the end of a rural track and due care should be taken with speed and approach.

The Bothy at Dod Mill is a studio-style barn conversion for 1-4 guests, near the Royal Burgh of Lauder in the Scottish Borders. The property has been interior-designed with modern, rustic styling. The Bothy has its own walled-garden area with views to rivers, woodland, an orchard and rare-breed sheep. Cosy-in with a woodburning stove (unlimited logs!), drink good coffee, cook, bake, read, or simply relax in the space around you. WiFi, tea & Nespresso coffee included.

Two cosy barn conversions that boast immaculate interiors with log burning stoves, timber flooring throughout with exposed beams and vaulted ceilings. Farmhouse Cottage sleeps two adults and two children, private garden and communal courtyard, shared with holiday cottage next door. Both can be booked to enjoy exclusive use for a family getaway. You can enjoy magnificent views of the countryside and access to 12 acres of grounds with private stretch of the River Rede.
