What a year! Noel Gallagher and his High Flying Birds just been through, Richard Ashcroft. Too many to mention. A simply brilliant indoor gig and event venue. And a really nice little 8 minute walk from here.

And at night a popular place to enjoy good food and fine ales: in the likes of Ye Olde Black Boy (Hull's oldest pub), The Lion and Key, and Hitchcocks (vegetarian).

Getting on a little now, though less than ten minutes away. The scene of many an ice hockey face off, and open to all for ice skating, and the odd other event. A Hull leisure institution.

Quirky, as shopping centres go. Built in the middle of the old Princes Dock. Decent big name outlet stores up top. And also a cinema up there too somewhere, sometimes showing independent films.
