Conveniently located on the north end of Alpena, this is a great spot for lunch, dinner and drinks. As their name implies, you may enjoy some time on the green just across the street. The 19th Hole also accommodates large parties, but you may want to call ahead on the weekends.

Both the Old and New Presque Isle Lighthouses are beautiful and a great piece of the history of Northeastern Michigan! When open, the lighthouses are $3 each to climb and both have museums and gift shops. There is a system of hiking trails around the peninsula as well!

Locals call it the "new" lighthouse even though it was built in 1840! This active, 113-foot-tall lighthouse can be climbed in the warmer season for a small $3 donation. Check out the lighthouse gift shop, museum, playground and system of hiking trails around the peninsula. Presque Isle's "old" lighthouse is just a mile away as well.
