Getting Around
The best way of moving is by bus, by taxi ( more expensive) and of course the city center is walk able, so i could say by foot. (30' walk from center's one limit to the other).
Personally I would not recommend moving by bicycle ( for safety reasons) except for the rental bicycle rides near the seafront ( Leoforos Nikis ) which is amazing in sunsets.
