This is a neat park down on the bayou. Has a deck that goes out onto the bayou. There is a gun range nearby, but the park area is separate with kid's playgrounds and picnicking area available. Can hike around the entire park for a several mile hike.

Also, there is a large lake nearby called Black Bayou Lake, which is full of large Cyprus trees, and moss hanging down. Most iconic of Louisiana swamp lakes. A cool place to hike around and picnic there.
