Located on the beach on Half Moon Bay, this place is an institution. Everyone that has been to West End has been to Sundowners. A great mix of locals and tourists alike, this is the perfect place to go. No better place to watch the sunset with a drink in hand. Or come during the day and work on your tan in their beach chairs and order lunch. In addition to wraps, sandwiches, and bar food, they have the best hamburgers on the island. Possibly one of the best burgers I have ever eaten. They serve lunch and dinner every day. On Saturdays they BBQ Burgers and Brats. They also show most major sporting events.

If you go to West End Roatan, Tita's is absolutely a must! One of the oldest bars in West End and an icon for the visitors and locals. The vibe must be experienced. Sitting at the bar or chilling on the beach is something you have to do if you want to chat with locals that know and love Tita's! She has a new, larger location at the very and of West End, on the beach shore that takes you to turtle Beach and the energy is what you would expect from Tita's! Fabulous, sun, rain, or anything in between.

WEST END: Dive Shops
With the second longest barrier reef on Earth, after the Australian one, Roatan offers an unmissable opportunity to explore the beautiful seabed just at a few minutes from the coast. Obviously the best way to discover the reef is underwater. If you are not a diver yet, you can easily join the Discover Scuba Diving Program in one of the numerous diving center in West End. If you have already your scuba certification, what you have to do is hop on a dive boat and cruise the reef. All the dive centers in West End are good and professional, they take care of the divers gear offering valet service (assembling, disassembling and rinse the gear and store it for you).
