Breathtaking Ruby Falls was accidentally discovered by Leo Lambert in 1928 deep within Lookout Mountain in Chattanoooga, TN. Leo named the waterfall after his wife, Ruby, and opened the iconic Chattanooga attraction to the public in 1929.

You get on the incline at the bottom of Lookout Mountain in Chattanooga. It's really steep and quite beautiful as you ascend. Once you're at the top, you can see the view and walk over to some Civil War historical sites at Point Park. There's an ice cream shop at the bottom of the mountain.

3917 St Elmo AveYou get on the incline at the bottom of Lookout Mountain in Chattanooga. It's really steep and quite beautiful as you ascend. Once you're at the top, you can see the view and walk over to some Civil War historical sites at Point Park. There's an ice cream shop at the bottom of the mountain.

This place was opened in June 2023 and is right here on Lookout Mountain. We have eaten here and it was delish! Service was great, too. It's just 4 miles and 8 minutes away from The Sweet Retreat.

I hate brussel sprouts, but somehow this place magically makes them into little green bites of heaven. Everything here has been fantastic! Highly recommend!

This place is really fantastic, but a bit pricy. My husband ordered snapper with potatoes and it was about $62. Our dinner without alcohol was about $130 including a 20% tip, but it was really delicious! Make reservations.

I've eaten here many times and it's usually very good. I recommend the New York Strip, but stay away from the sirloin. That sirloin was so tough that it bent my fork! The rolls are fantastic!
