A 5 minute walk from our home towards Hove seafront.
Children can feed the squirrels and there is a Koy Karp fishpond close to the tennis courts, behind the cafe. Cafe is nice and not expensive.

A brilliant fish and chip and seafood restaurant. So good the Chinese frequent it often. Good pricing too and large portions. One of my favorites.

A glass restaurant on the seafront overlook the West Pier and i360 viewing tower. Good for just a drink with a view or a full meal too.

Lovely old theatre - worth a visit if you like the cinema as part of your visit. A 10 minute walk down hill on Chatham Place towards Preston Circus - the cinema is at the bottom on the opposite side of the road, next to the fire station. You can't miss it, it has a pair of striped stocking legs sticking out of the roof top.
