Lovely patio (even have igloos in winter) too! Just 5 minutes from condo on top floor of Maverick Hotel (also run by University students).

Sightseeing
Great trail for short/medium hike (no biking on this one). Old road in Colorado National Monument. Impossible to get lost and great views after only a few minutes in. You can easily do only part of the trail, but plan on about 5 miles round trip (out and back). Trailhead about 10 minutes from condo.
