There is a pleasant walk down the lane from The Granary past Lower Tidderson Farm, over a small stream and along the farm track. It can be muddy in winter.

An historic and beautiful small town on the banks of the River Barle, with shops, restaurants and Exmoor National Park Visitor Centre. Farmer's Market on last Saturday on the month in season.
