We have just discovered this place. Amazing food and lovely views over the marshes. Definitely worth a visit.

yummy cakes and coffee. Good place to stop whilst you're browsing the shops in Southwold. Go into the Adnams shop , lots of great wines and ciders and kitchen kit. Definitely worth a visit to stock up on wines/beers.

Great gift shop that has everything from cards, jewellery , hand creams, kids toys, artworks etc. And grab a coffee or an ice cream round the back of the shop.

Great Pub. About an hour walk from Walberswick, either through the woods and marshes or along the beach. Both are lovely walks. If you are brave and fit do both ways, walk there and enjoy a plate of scampi and chips out in the garden and walk back. Bracing air on the beach and lovely walk back through the woods . Highly recommend it.

Saint James's StreetGreat Pub. About an hour walk from Walberswick, either through the woods and marshes or along the beach. Both are lovely walks. If you are brave and fit do both ways, walk there and enjoy a plate of scampi and chips out in the garden and walk back. Bracing air on the beach and lovely walk back through the woods . Highly recommend it.

Grab and pedalo and enjoy hours on entertainment going round in circles cos they are so difficult to steer. Or rent a little toy boat and float it around the lake. No need for any screen time here, outside fresh air and traditional entertainment.
