If you are interested in Pistoia history or anatomy, you will enjoy this excursion. There are small spaces and water so be prepared with the proper shoes. Pistoia doesn't get as many tourists so English and the polish of Florence is not there but a decent attempt at making Pistoia interesting.

Wonderful couple, serves coffee, juice, pastries and sandwiches from around 6AM to 6PM. I go there for breakfast every morning. Caffe Latte, ACE juice and Ham and Cheese on focaccia.

Outdoor Market
Starting at 8AM Wednesdays and Saturdays, the city comes alive with the local flee market where you can but anything from undergarments to artificial flower arrangements all at super low prices. Bring cash, most stands don't accept credit card.

At the grocery store, don't forget to weigh and get the price of your unpackaged produce. They will send you back to do it if you arrive at the cash register without your sticker. If you are at a market or small shop, don't touch. The merchant will get and weigh your produce for you. Wait your turn and be patient. Bring small money to pay in cash.
