Beautiful Town of Brewster Beach with wonderful walk across the dunes and plenty of parking. Non-resident must purchase a beach permit from the Town of Brewster. Parking after 4 is open to all with or without permit. At low tide you can walk the Brewster Flats. If you have a MASSPARKS PASS or Brewster Beach Sticker, you can park in the overflow parking lot next to the Crosby Mansion.

The largest of these are Cliff Pond (the largest at 0.7 miles (1.1 km) across), Flax Pond, Little Cliff Pond, and Higgins Pond.
You can actually walk through the back of Ocean Edge to the trails in Nickerson State Park from my townhouse.
