Just 9klms away is the vibrant Mooloolaba Beach which has an array of events, shopping, dining and the most beautiful beach. Especially in winter as it is protected from the cool southerly winds. We love the spit area for a walk or bike ride along the beachfront or drive up Parkyn Parade. Great for surfing, swimming, paddling or laying on the beach.

It's not a hardware store but a cute old world town at the top of the range. Fantastic views of the Glasshouse Mountains and coast along with scenic spots and foodie heaven. Only half an hour to Mary Cairncross reserve and further to Maleny Dairy, Maleny Cheese and my favourite, Baroon Pocket Dam.
You will understand why Noosa has become the number 1 destination in Australia. Stunning beach and waterways with so many activities. Definitely a dining mecca with award winning restaurants. The jewel in the crown has to be Hastings Street and the walk around the points to the famous Noosa National Park. This whole area is worth exploring for a full day and evening to catch the sublime sunsets.
