1.5 miles from property. 5 minutes by car, 15 minutes by tram. Suggest you take the tram, its 3 minutes walk from the property and drops you in front of the tower. No parking costs and finding spaces can be difficult.

They became a magnet for all classes and dressed up 'promenading'. North pier is a good walk and fabulous donuts, ice creams, Fish & Chips and an Irish pub right at the entrance.

Walk or Cycle the upper level (grass & gardens) Northwards, and return Southwards via the lower level (ocean side). Very flat terrain and tarmac tracks make it easy for cyclists.
Also great for sea fishing on the lower level, particularly when there is a calm high tide in the evenings.
