Slightly less expensive than Emporda, 20 min from house.
Glen's view:
Pals course is similar to Emporda Forest but many of the fairways are very narrow and lined with Pine trees so some holes require a fairly high degree of accuracy off the tee. I am a 16 H/C and enjoy this challenge but higher handicappers may find this frustrating unless you can hit straight. Water comes into play on 2 holes. Green fees are lower than other courses and there are discounts at off-peak times and for seniors. Hire clubs in 2023 were brand new Calloways. As well as buggies, they have single person scooters if you are a 3-ball and want to ride rather than walk.

Golf Platja De Pals

Golf d'Aro is nestled away in the hills and has some great views from much of the course The hotel is more traditional/rustic but has a nice atmosphere. It is cooler up in the hills than down by the coast so it is a good location in hot weather.
There is a very good restaurant within 10 minutes from the golf club - Can Roquet . com
