Tap water isn't the way to go in Cartagena you can use the water filter in the house or the water supply in the fridge.

you can see the sunset from the walls at the old city, i would suggest to avoid Cafe del mar (tourist trap) I recommend El baluarte in front of Santa Teresa hotel!
