Buy an Istanbul Card.

Traveling with Istanbul Card is way cheaper than buying single way ticket (bir geç) every time. You can buy Istanbul Card from the machines in public transportation areas and it is valid in every public transportation.( Metro, metrobus, tram, bus, ferry)
