Our 2-acre food forest borders a vast wild Florida pasture and is close to several wonderful nature reserves. If you have the appropriate transportation, you can take our canoe or kayak out on one of the 88 nearby lakes!
We are centrally located just 20 minutes from Downtown Lakeland or Winter Haven and just 45 minutes from Downtown Tampa or Downtown Orlando. Casita Papaya is 15 minutes from LegoLand, 35 minutes to the Disney theme parks and less than an hour to Universal Studios! Several beautiful Gulf Coast beaches are just 60 miles west. Cocoa Beach, 100 miles east.
