If you need some R & R in a beautiful and quiet setting, this place is for you.
If you need time to slow down and enjoy some peace and quiet, this is your place.
We call our home "Latitude Adjustment". It's just a little further south than Georgia and Alabama and a little further north than Panama City, but close enough to enjoy all the beaches, shopping, site seeing, etc.
If you need some personal time, a day on the lake is like two or three anywhere else.
You can fish, canoe, paddle board or row a boat. Our row boat is available for our guests and the paddles are hanging in the Florida Room.
Book it for seven days and I guarantee it will feel like a two week vacation, it's that relaxing.

Right off 79 before you get to Panama City Beach, you'll find this place under the bridge. Getting there you may consider turning around, but that would be a mistake.

This is a pricey restaurant but well worth a visit. Everything served at The Grand Marlin is excellent.
It's some of the best seafood in the area.

This is actually a food truck set at this location. Yes, it's quite a distance from the Lake House, but you'll not find any better smoked ribs, etc. than right there.
Pam and I pick up some lunch from Paul Gant's and drive down to the ocean to picnic or tail gate.....according to the weather.
It's well worth the drive, plus you get to see some great beachscapes.

Sports
If you enjoy golfing, this is a very nice golf course with a very nice team of people caring for it.
My son in law and I golfed it this past June 2023 and were surprised at how well they keep it up in spite of the lovely Florida sun.
