Built to replace the Cape St George Lighthouse, the Point Perpendicular Lighthouse is believed to be the first lighthouse in NSW to be built of concrete blocks, which were cast on the ground, then lifted into place.

Booderee National Park is a fantastic place to explore offering activities for a wide range of interests. In addition to the permanent galleries located in the Lady Denman Heritage Complex a changing variety of home-grown and travelling exhibitions are hosted in the Vera Hatton Gallery. The Lady Denman Complex is open daily from 10am to 4pm
